Converseon is one of the world’s only full service social media consultancies. We’re not a PR agency with a social media department, we’re not a digital agency applying the new tools, nor are we solely SEO specialists. We draw on all these areas, and more, to form a new breed of business.
Unfortunately, this also makes it hard for us to tell our moms what it is we do. Thankfully, this Social Media in Plain English video (from the superbly clever CommonCraft crew) helps put the social media revolution into terms fit for the layman:
